My primary focus is on creating a supportive and empathetic environment where you can feel safe and truly understood.

In addition, I work with interventions that involve the body, such as somatic awareness, movement, or other techniques that center around the mind-body connection.

I firmly recognize the significance of integrating bodily experiences and sensations into the therapeutic process as valuable tools for healing and insight.

My origins

Hi!, ¡Hola!, I’ve experienced a life full of many changes.

This personal journey has allowed me to see transitions as a natural part of life.

As one of my favourite quotes says, “Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end”.

Born in Mexico and now living in Toronto for over 14 years, I know the joys and challenges that come with moving to a new country. Leaving my family and friends behind and starting my life in Canada was a transition full of emotional highs and lows. This experience has taught me that sometimes difficult paths lead to beautiful destinations.

My Profession

Before pursuing my psychology degree, I worked in Public Relations and Marketing where I discovered that the most effective communication comes through listening to others with empathy and compassion. These insights and skills inspired me to change careers and become a therapist.

I bring my unique personal perspective and professional experience to my therapy practice. I am passionate about helping other women find their inner magic, meaning and purpose.

I also facilitate workshops focused on empowering women to cultivate fierce self-compassion, emotional skills, and emotional awareness. Additionally, I have made appearances on Canadian television shows where I provide insights and engage in conversations aimed at supporting and connecting with the Feminine.

What Brings Me Bliss

I love hearing other people’s stories. I seek out podcasts on comedy and enjoy making other people laugh. One of my other great loves is eating and tasting food. As a therapist who is doing her own work, I include walking and meditation in my self-care routine. My daily intention is focused on building healthy boundaries. Part of this process has involved reconnecting with my anger and developing kindness as a way to build my own fierce confidence.
